Raw Material

Using food-grade wood pulp paper, combined with 36g PE laminated film / 60g PLA laminated film / 14g plastic-free coating, it can directly hold food. Both the paper and the laminated film have undergone quality inspections and comply with certifications such as FDA and SGS. The paper weight ranges from 150-350gsm + laminated film, allowing you to choose as you wish.

Printing Technology

Flexographic Printing

Suitable for large-scale printing, with low cost and stable colors. Printed according to Pantone color numbers, there will be no color difference issues. It uses safe and non-toxic water-based ink, which does not fade or bleed, and is waterproof and oil-resistant.
Offset Printing

Suitable for small-order printing, with more vivid colors, suitable for patterns with many colors, and the printing effect is more refined, with high pattern reproduction accuracy.
UV Printing

Utilizing the principle of curing ink by ultraviolet rays, it is suitable for more complex patterns, with high costs.

Product Packaging

The inner packaging uses PE/OPP/PP/low-pressure bags/ degradable PLA bags with customized patterns, providing excellent sealing and preventing moisture. The outer packaging uses a five-layer thick corrugated cardboard box, which complies with export standards. It won't be damaged when dropped and can prevent the paper ice cream cups from being squeezed and deformed during transportation. A T-shaped sealing method is adopted. Wherever there are gaps around the cardboard box, transparent tape is used for bonding to enhance the stability of the box and prevent dust, moisture, etc. from entering.

The rim is smooth without any frayed edges or cracks. If there are cracks or similar issues, before the machine rolls out the cup sheet, sprinkle a little water on the cup sheet to increase its flexibility, and the rolled edge will be smooth without frayed edges.

The Side Of The Paper Ice Cream Cup

The sides are tightly bonded and do not leak water. If there is a leakage issue on the sides, increase the bonding temperature of the machine's sides or clean and polish the bonding areas of the grinding tool.

The Bottom Of The Ice Cream Cup

The bottom is tightly bonded without any gaps, waterproof and oil-resistant, and does not leak. If there is a leakage issue on the bottom, increase the rolling temperature of the bottom embossing or polish the blade grinding tool at the bottom.
