Double Wall Paper Cups
Double wall paper cups are a common type of disposable paper cups, featuring excellent insulation, durability and other properties. They are widely used in the catering and other industries. They adopt a structure of "double-layer paperboard + an air layer in the middle", with the inner layer usually having a Pla coating for waterproofing and leak-proofing, and the outer layer can be processed for printing, etc. The air between the two layers serves to insulate and provide cushioning. The insulation and heat protection effect is good, preventing hand burns and allowing beverages to retain their temperature for a longer time. The structure has high strength, and when holding hot drinks or large-capacity beverages, it is unlikely to collapse, has strong resistance to deformation, and has excellent anti-leakage performance. If the inner layer coating is damaged, the outer layer can serve as a secondary barrier. The oil resistance has slightly improved. Selection of materials for eco-friendly paper cups
All the paper cups produced by Wuhan Amyti are made of food-grade paper. They have obtained the inspection certificates from food testing institutions and the FSC certification. PE Coated Paper Cups: The traditional mainstream option offers high cost-effectiveness and stable waterproof and oil-resistant properties.It has good temperature resistance (able to withstand approximately -40℃ to 90℃), fits tightly with the paper cup base material, does not easily come off, effectively prevents liquid penetration, is economically affordable, and is suitable for large-scale production.
PLA Coated Paper Cup: Biodegradable materials have outstanding environmental attributes. Their raw materials come from renewable plant starches such as corn and sugar cane. Under specific conditions such as at a temperature of over 55℃ and a humidity of over 60%, they can naturally degrade into carbon dioxide and water, leaving no environmental residues. They are in line with environmental protection policies and green consumption demands.
Water-based Coated Paper Cup: An environmentally friendly coating using water as the solvent, without solvent pollution. It is coated with water-based resin, and during the production process, there is no emission of volatile harmful gases (VOCs), ensuring high safety; the coating is thin and can maintain the rigidity of the paper cup, and can achieve a certain degree of biodegradation.
