1. Preparations: Base material compounding and cutting
Base material selection: Use food-grade white card paper as the base material. The outer layer is usually printed with patterns, while the inner layer requires compounding with PE film (polyethylene film).
Lamination compounding: Use a laminating machine to evenly cover the inner side of the white card paper with the PE film, forming a "paper + PE" composite structure to prevent leakage when holding hot soup.
Cutting and slicing: Cut the laminated large roll of base material using a slicing machine into fan-shaped paper pieces (for the bowl body) and circular paper pieces (for the bowl bottom).
2. Core shaping:
Bowl body shaping:Send the fan-shaped paper pieces into the bowl body shaping machine. The machine first rolls the paper pieces into a cylindrical shape and then uses a heat bonding process to bond the joint areas.
Next, process the ends of the cylinder. The upper end is pressed to form the rolled edge of the bowl mouth (to enhance strength and prevent hand scraping), and the lower end is pressed to form an interface matching the bowl bottom.
Bowl bottom shaping: Put the circular paper pieces into the bowl bottom shaping machine. Through stamping and heat bonding, make a bowl bottom with raised edges, and the edges need to be able to tightly fit with the lower end of the bowl body.
Combination bonding: Align the shaped bowl bottom with the bowl body, and use heat bonding or ultrasonic welding technology to fix them, ensuring a seamless connection without leakage.
3. Post-processing: Inspection and packaging
Quality inspection:Check if the bowl body is damaged or deformed, and if the joint and the bonding area of the bowl bottom are leaking.Sampling testing of the thickness and adhesion of the PE film to ensure compliance with food contact safety standards.
Disinfection and sterilization: Disinfect the qualified paper bowls with ultraviolet or ozone to avoid microbial contamination.
Counting and packaging: Stack the paper bowls according to the specified quantity (such as 50 per pack, 100 per pack), seal them with plastic bags or paper boxes, and finally pack them in boxes for storage.
