Production Process
Main production steps :
1. Film Coating:The first step is to coat the kraft paper with a film. A professional machine evenly applies food-grade PE film to the paper surface, making it waterproof and leak-proof-this is the foundation that allows the paper cup to hold liquids.
2. Printing: After film coating, the paper enters the printing process. Food-grade ink is used to print brand logos, patterns, or usage instructions on the paper, giving the paper cup a personalized look. Meanwhile, the ink is safe and meets food contact standards.
3. Die Cutting:The printed paper is sent to a die-cutting machine, which precisely cuts it into the unfolded shape of a paper cup, separating each individual component of the cup and preparing it for the next forming step.
4. Forming:The die-cut paper components are fed into forming equipment. Through processes like folding and gluing, the flat paper is transformed into the body structure of the paper cup, and the basic shape of the cup is now fully formed.
5. Package:The formed paper cups are sorted and packaged uniformly. They are divided into different packaging units according to specifications, facilitating subsequent storage and transportation, and also preventing damage during transit.
6. Warehouse:The packaged paper cups are sent to a standardized warehouse for centralized management. The warehouse environment is kept dry and ventilated to ensure the quality of the paper cups remains stable during storage.
7. Deliver Goods:Finally, according to customer orders, the paper cups in the warehouse are delivered to the designated location by logistics vehicles, completing the entire production and delivery process.
